Student / Parent Acceptable Use of Computers and Networks Agreement
In order to ensure that all members of the Scribner-Snyder Community Schools understand and agree to the rules of conduct you must as a user and your parent/guardian sign the following statements:
I have received a copy of and have read the Acceptable Use of Electronic Networks and the Internet and I understand and will abide by those guidelines and conditions for the use and access to the network and internet. I further understand that any violation of the guidelines is unethical and may constitute a criminal offense. Should I commit any violation, my access privileges will be revoked. School disciplinary action and/or appropriate legal action will be taken.
I agree not to hold the Scribner-Snyder Community Schools nor any of it’s employees nor any of the institutions providing access responsible for the performance of the system or the content of any material accessed through it.

As a parent or guardian of the student named above, I grant permission for my son or daughter to access the internet. I understand this access is designed for educational purposes. I also understand that individuals may be held liable for violations of this agreement. However, I also recognize that it is impossible to restrict access to all controversial materials and I will not hold Scribner-Snyder Community Schools responsible for materials acquired or sent via the network.

To insure receipt, knowledge, and understanding of the rules and regulations of the Scribner-Snyder Community Schools, we are required to have on file a copy of this acknowledgement form showing you have received a copy of our school policies.
In particular, be familiar with those procedures pertaining to attendance, graduation requirements, student conduct, activities and discipline.
The form below the dotted line must be signed and returned to the office. A student will be excluded from participation in the school activities program if this form is not returned by date mentioned.
